Understanding AI Scores
Our AI interview assesses experts across 10 dimensions:
| Score Range | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 85-100 | Exceptional — top tier expert |
| 70-84 | Strong — solid expertise |
| Below 70 | May need more vetting |
Experts without scores haven't completed the AI interview yet.

- AI score meets your standards
- Availability works for your timeline
Red Flags
- Vague or generic skill descriptions
- No AI interview score
- Mismatched industry experience
- Unavailable for your timeline
