How Pricing Works​

Each expert sets their own consultation rate based on experience and specialization.

Rate Ranges​

  • Typical range: $50 to $1,000+ per hour
  • Rate displayed on each expert's profile
  • No hidden fees or platform surcharges

What's Included​

Your consultation fee covers:

  • Video consultation via Zoom
  • Direct access to a vetted expert
  • Session recording (if requested and approved)
  • Follow-up via platform messaging

Payment​

  • Pay when you book — Payment secures your session
  • Secure checkout — Processed via Razorpay
  • Methods accepted: Cards, UPI, Net Banking

Billing​

Sessions are billed in 15-minute increments:

  • Book in 15-min blocks (30 min, 1 hour, 2 hours)
  • Unused complete blocks may be credited
  • Partial blocks are considered used

Cancellations & Refunds​

Expert No-Shows​

If an expert doesn't show up: 100% refund, guaranteed.

Refund Processing​

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • UPI: 3-5 business days
  • Wallet Credit: Instant

Disputes​

Contact support@expertbridge.co within 7 days with:

  • Booking reference
  • Session date
  • Description of issue

We resolve disputes within 5 business days.
